Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    5 c. flour (plain)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in shortening, salt and sugar.
    Add flour, all at the same time.
    Beat until well mixed. Cover bowl airtight.
    Refrigerate at least two hours or overnight.
