Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated zucchini
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Beat together zucchini, sugar and egg.
Add cooking oil; mix well.
Stir together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, baking powder, lemon peel and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Stir into zucchini mixture.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done, 60 minutes.
Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
