Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Karo syrup (light)
    1 3/4 to 2 c. peanuts (dry roasted, unsalted)
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place sugar, Karo syrup
    and
    dry roasted nuts in electric fry pan.
    Set at 360\u00b0.
    Set timer; stir constantly for 9 to
    10 minutes.
    Stir in quickly 1 teaspoon baking soda.
    Pour on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Spread with back of spoon.
    Cool. Break into pieces.
