Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 16)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon
1 can cherry pie filling
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
sweetened whipped cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine. Press firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased baking pan (9 x 9 x 2-inches).
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
Beat in 1/2 cup sugar, the cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
Pour over crumb mixture.
Bake 30 minutes.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and cool.
