Garlic Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head green cabbage, chopped
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic (fresh), minced
    1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Heat olive oil and minced garlic in deep skillet. Cook for 1 minute; do not burn. Add chopped cabbage and toss to get oil distributed. Stir often, 5 minutes. Add 2 cups hot water with red pepper. Cover skillet and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
