Czech Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 qt. water
    4 medium large potatoes, diced
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. dry or 1 Tbsp. fresh dill weed
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil diced potatoes in 1 quart water, 1 teaspoon caraway seed and 1 teaspoon salt for 15 minutes, covered.
    Stir 4 tablespoons flour into sour cream, then stir into potatoes.
    (If it curdles, don't worry; it will smooth out.)
    Slice mushrooms thick and add. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Turn off heat; sprinkle in dill.
    In a small bowl, beat 2 eggs with small amount of soup.
    Pour egg mixture into pot and serve.
    Serves 8 to 12.
