Tater-Topped Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook onion, celery and ground beef until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
    Drain.
    Add salt and pepper; stir.
    Spoon into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch deep baking dish. Spread soup over meat mixture.
    Top with frozen potatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or
    until bubbly.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
