Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

13 c. honey
1/3 c. cooking oil
2 1/2 c. warm water, 110~
2 tbsp. instant yeast
6 to 7 c. wheat flour
2 Tbsp. gluten flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine warm water, yeast and 2 c. wheat flour in mixing bowl. Allow to sponge for 15 minutes.
Add honey, oil, salt, 2 tbsp. gluten flour and 4 to 5 c. wheat flour.
Add more flour until dough cleans off edge of bowl.
Dough should be smooth and elastic.
