Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. flaked crab
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Tabasco (if desired)
    prepared pie crust bottom
Preparation
    Beat eggs, cream and milk together.
    Add salt and pepper and set aside.
    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter until onion is clear.
    Spread onion over crust.
    Layer crab meat on onion, then sprinkle with cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
