Strawberry Gelatin - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large or 2 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed (not drained)
3 good size bananas, mashed
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream (light or nonfat can be used)

Preparation

Add water to jello.
Let it dissolve well.
Add pineapple, strawberries and bananas.
Mix well.
Pour 1/2 mixture into a bowl.
Let sit in refrigerator.
When set, smooth sour cream over set gelatin.
Pour remainder of gelatin on sour cream.
Let set in refrigerator.
