Spicy Prune Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pitted prunes, chopped
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
    1/2 c. canola oil or melted butter
    1/4 c. wheat germ
Preparation
    Combine prunes, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon and wheat germ in bowl.
    Beat egg in separate bowl.
    Add sour cream, marmalade and melted butter or canola oil.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients, mixing just to blend.
    Spoon into oiled muffin tins.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 12.
