Baklava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (16 oz. pkg.) walnuts, finely chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 lb. phyllo dough
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 (12 oz.) jar honey
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together.
    Place one sheet of phyllo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Brush with butter.
    Repeat 5 more times. Sprinkle with 1 cup walnut mixture.
    Cover with 1 sheet of phyllo; brush with butter.
    Repeat process 2 more times (6 sheets phyllo, 1 cup walnut mixture).
    After last layer of phyllo, with sharp knife, cut halfway through layers in triangle pattern to make 24 (or 48 smaller).
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Heat honey in microwave until hot but not boiling.
    Spoon over baklava.
    Cool on wire rack at least 1 hour before removing from pan.
