Ingredients

1 fryer, skinned and deboned
4 to 6 carrots, sliced
2 large cans whole or stewed tomatoes
1 large onion, slightly chopped
2 large bell peppers, slightly chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
Preparation

In a large pot, place all ingredients.
Cook at high heat until it begins to boil; then cover and cook at medium-low heat until chicken is done and the vegetables are just slightly tender but not too tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
