Our Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. ground beef
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
2 pkg. Williams Cajun chili seasoning
1 large can tomatoes
1 can Cajun stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
2 cans jalapeno pinto beans
1/4 jar La Victoria salsa brava (hot)
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef and onion.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chili will cook in 30 to 45 minutes; however, chili is best when simmered for as long as possible!
