Microwave Egg Custard Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    7 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Slowly add hot milk.
    Place in 1-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Do not cover.
    Place on microwave turntable (or turn every 2 minutes).
    Cook 6 1/2 to 7 minutes.
    Center will become firm during standing time.
    Makes 4 servings.
