Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. pickling spice
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. white sugar
Preparation
    Place peeled eggs in clean quart jar.
    Mix all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour over eggs.
    Put lid on the jar.
    Cool at room temperature. When cool, store in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks before serving.
