Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, coarsely shredded (approximately 4 medium)
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    In one bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
    In a second bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
    Mix first bowl of ingredients completely.
    Fold into second bowl until blended. Spoon into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans that have been greased and dusted with flour.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Turn onto rack to cool.
