Zucchini Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. grated, raw zucchini
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 to 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt to taste
    3 to 4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix all of the preceding.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May garnish with sliced olives and pimentos.
