Hors D'Oeuvre Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury ready made pie crust
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 oz. Blue Cheese (optional)
    garnishes (cherry tomatoes, halved; sliced mushrooms; anchovies; sliced olives; parsley sprigs)
Preparation
    On large baking sheet, unfold crust according to package instructions and put into an 11-inch circle.
    Pierce through with fork and bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 minutes, or until very lightly browned.
    Cool and place on serving platter.
