Okra With Tomatoes-Bulgaria(Bamya S Domaty) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 onions
    3-4 tomatoes
    5-6 cloves garlic
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 dashes paprika
    1/4 cup white wine
    2 pounds okra
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
    1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Dice onions, tomatoes and garlic and steam in oil with 2 tsp. of water.
    Add paprika and mix.
    Add wine and 1/4 cup water and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Wash okra and trim off stems, add to onion mixture.
    Add salt and place in baking dish.
    Bake 20-30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley and red pepper. Serves 6.
