Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
4 oz. orange juice
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour (fried chicken) or graham crumbs (baked)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 (3 oz.) pkg. Italian dressing mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut chicken in 1 1/2-inch cubes and rinse.
Combine ingredients in cup.
Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture and fry or bake until golden brown.
