Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
    pastry for 2 crust 8-inch pie
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly.
    Add butter and lemon juice, if desired.
    Pour into pie shell. Add top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
