Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 to 15 lb.) leg
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 c. water
    1 tsp. granulated garlic
    3 Tbsp. Texas Pete
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 hot peppers, cut up
Preparation
    Place in pan and marinate for 12 hours.
    Cook, covered, for 4 to 4 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Turn at 3 hours. Remove from oven.
    Leave covered and spoon juice over meat several times.
