Quick-Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles (about 6), fully cooked
1 lb. ground beef, brown (or sausage)
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms, sliced
1 (24 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
9 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles and leave in cool water.
Brown meat and drain. Stir in with meat, cottage cheese, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce. Layer in pan; top with sliced cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbles, about 1 hour.
