Linguini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, minced
2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced
3 cans minced clams (with juice)
1/2 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onion and garlic in oil and add the clams with juice, salt and pepper.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add parsley.
Serve over lighter angel hair pasta or small size pasta.
