Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. peas (sweet)
1 c. corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
Drain peas and corn.
Mix corn and peas with cream of mushroom and celery.
Mix Jiffy mix as for cornbread.
Place drained beef in pan, then pour mixture of peas, corn, cream of mushroom and cream of celery on top.
Pour over cornbread mix and place in oven to brown.
