Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 box graham crackers
1/2 to 3/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated (optional)
Preparation

Line entire bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers. Mix lemon juice with milk until thick.
Spread milk/juice mixture over crackers.
Top mixture with layer of graham crackers.
Chill 2 to 3 hours, until crackers soften; cut into bars.
Very rich.
