Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. thawed frozen dairy whipped topping
2 Tbsp. smooth or chunky peanut butter
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. shredded coconut
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll mixture into 6 equal balls and set each ball into a paper souffle cup.
Set cups on freezer-sage plate; cover with moisture and vapor-resistant wrapping and freeze until hardened.
Makes 2 servings, 3 balls each.
