Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. orange extract
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Stir in eggs and mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Ice muffins while still hot.
