Mama'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
4 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. sweet milk
2 (9-inch) pie shells

Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes while hot, add next five ingredients and blend well.
Add milk.
Pour into two 9-inch pie shells and bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
