Fried Rice With Beef And Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded cooked beef
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    pepper to taste
    1 large onion, sliced
    6 Tbsp. oil
    2 green peppers
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 green onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine beef, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
    Saute onions in 2 tablespoons oil for 3 minutes.
    Add green pepper; saute 1 minute.
    Add meat and marinade, chicken broth and remaining soy sauce.
    Saute 1 minute.
    Transfer meat to large bowl.
    Heat remaining 4 tablespoons oil in skillet. Add rice and stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Return meat to skillet; add green onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Serve immediately.
