Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ready made graham cracker crust or make your own
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
    2 c. Cool Whip, thawed out
Preparation
    Beat together with electric mixer cream cheese, sugar and vanilla or almond exract until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip. Spoon mixture into crust and chill for 3 hours.
    Top with canned fruit, if desired.
