Zucchini Custard(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. canned French fried onion rings

Preparation

Place zucchini in round casserole.
Cover and cook on High for 3 minutes.
Combine beaten eggs with cheese.
Blend well.
Pour over zucchini. Cover and cook 8 minutes on Medium.
Place onion rings on top.
Heat, uncovered, 1 minute on High.
