Souper Good Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast
    garlic salt and pepper
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Season beef roast to taste with garlic salt and pepper.
    Place roast on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to completely wrap it.
    On top of roast, sprinkle soup mix.
    On top of this, spread evenly the mushroom soup.
    Wrap and fold the foil to seal around the roast.
    Place in a pan and bake in slow oven, about 250\u00b0, for 8 to 10 hours.
    Potatoes and carrots may be added around the roast before it is wrapped and sealed.
