Reduced Fat Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. container egg substitute (2 eggs)
    3/4 c. 1/2% milk
    1/2 c. oatmeal or bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef or ground round
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine egg substitute and milk; stir in oatmeal, onion, parsley, salt, sage and pepper.
    Add ground beef.
    Mix well.
    Pat into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Spoon off excess fat.
    Combine catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard.
    Spread over meat loaf.
    Return to oven for 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
