Turkey Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. thinly sliced turkey breasts
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    parsley
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Dredge turkey breast slices with crumb mixture.
    Heat oil and butter in a skillet large enough to hold turkey slices in 1 layer.
    Add garlic.
    Add turkey. Cook about 3 minutes or until brown and cooked.
