Mud Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes French vanilla instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    12 oz. container Cool Whip
    1 box cookie crumbs (available in cake section)
Preparation
    Mix pudding with milk according to package directions.
    Add vanilla and cream cheese and blend well.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Place 1/3 of cookie crumbs in pan.
    Top with half of pudding. Sprinkle another third of crumbs, then add layer of pudding.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Refrigerate.
