Beef-Rice Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    dash of ground thyme
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
Preparation
    Cook and stir ground beef in skillet until light brown; drain. Sprinkle beef with flour and salt.
    Stir in green pepper, onion, parsley, pepper, pepper sauce, garlic and thyme.
    Cook and stir over low heat until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
    Stir water and tomatoes (with liquid) into beef mixture.
    Break up tomatoes with fork.
