Garlic Grits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grits
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1/4 c. sweet milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Cook grits soupy and cook for about 20 minutes.
Combine other ingredients.
(Add enough milk to make mixture soft.)
Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 people. (Very good with fish.)
