Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. oats, uncooked
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into loaf.
    Place in a loaf casserole dish or baking pan.
    Top with topping.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Drain off fat.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
