Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 3 cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
