Southern Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
juice of 2 lemons
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add flour, beaten eggs, juice and grated lemon rind.
Pour mixture into unbaked pastry shell and cook in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until filling is set.
