Reese'S Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and egg together. Add vanilla, peanut butter and flour. Mix together well. Roll into small balls. Cook in mini muffin pans at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. When done, place a miniature Reese's peanut butter cup in the center. Let cool before you remove from pan. Will make about 3 dozen.
