Spicy Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    With mixer beat eggs to blend.
    Add cooking oil, sugar, and vanilla.
    Beat until thick and foamy.
    With spoon stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Combine remaining ingredients, then gently stir into mixture until blended.
