Colonel Sanders'-Style Kentucky Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fryer parts, cut small
    2 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. pancake mix
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Wipe chicken dry.
    Make a paste of the dressing mix, salt, butter, flour and lemon juice.
    Brush to coat chicken evenly. Stack and refrigerate several hours.
