Alabama Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. Ghirardelli cocoa (no substitute)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter (no substitute)
Preparation
    Use a 3-quart saucepan.
    Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, milk and eggs; mix well.
    Cook until mixture is thick; remove from heat.
    Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Stir until butter melts. Return to stove.
    Stir constantly for 2 minutes more.
    Pour into cooled, baked pie shell.
    Top with Cool Whip.
