Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
2 1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place sugar, milk and cocoa in large saucepan.
Bring ingredients to a slow boil.
Remove pan from heat and add remaining ingredients.
When cool, shape mixture into balls and place on waxed paper.
Cool in refrigerator for a few hours.
