Baked Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 strips cooked lasagne noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    4 (6 oz.) cans water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large skillet brown ground beef in oil.
    Add garlic, onion, tomato paste, water and salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
