Tuna Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie crust shell
    6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chives
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Thaw pie crust as package directs. Prick bottom and sides with fork.
    Bake on cookie sheet 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Distribute tuna over bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese and onion over tuna.
    Beat together eggs, milk, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Pour over tuna mixture.
    Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until top is golden.
    Serves 6.
