Skillet Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 stick softened margarine
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Blend flour, eggs, sugar and margarine.
    Add milk and vanilla and mix.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into a cold buttered iron skillet.
    Bake in medium oven at 300\u00b0
    for 30 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in pie comes out clean.
